Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is calculated based on distance from my location to your address. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address.
RETURNS
Original artwork can be returned on request (request must be within one week of receiving it) providing that it is undamaged and in all of it's original packaging.
All returns must be insured to the full value of the painting as you are still responsible for it until it arrives back. Please retain proof of postage and it's recommended to always send the item tracked. I cannot refund items that do not arrive back, or arrive damaged.
